The Pleasant Hill Civic Action Commission is thrilled to announce the lineup for the 2025 Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert Series. This annual tradition brings the community together for evenings of live music at Pleasant Hill City Hall, located at 100 Gregory Lane. Concerts are scheduled every two weeks, running from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- June 8: The Great Space Coaster
- June 22: Dakila
- July 6: The Bell Brothers
- July 20: The Uninvited
- August 3: Johnny & June Forever
- August 17: Dirty Cello
- August 31: The Big Jangle
The series kicks off on May 25 with The Billy Martini Band, known for their energetic performances and classic rock repertoire. Following them, The Great Space Coaster will take the stage on June 8, promising a night of eclectic tunes. On June 22, Dakila brings their unique blend of Latin rock to the audience.
July 6 features The Bell Brothers, offering a mix of country and rock melodies. Returning to the series, The Uninvited will perform on July 20, delivering their signature alternative rock sound. August 3 welcomes Johnny & June Forever, a tribute duo celebrating the legendary Cash-Carter partnership.
On August 17, Dirty Cello will captivate attendees with their blues and bluegrass fusion. The series concludes on August 31 with The Big Jangle, a band dedicated to honoring the timeless music of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.
These concerts are free to the public, offering a family-friendly environment for all to enjoy. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets to enhance their experience. Food trucks and beverage vendors will also be available on-site, providing a variety of dining options.
The Pleasant Hill Civic Action Commission, a nine-member body appointed by the City Council, organizes this concert series as part of its mission to enhance the quality of life for residents through community events and programs.
